You will also have a better grasp of certain markets, be able to recruit highly qualified employees, and have reduced turnover.

Utilizing diverse perspectives promotes creativity.

Creativity is one attribute that grows in importance as the population grows. Because of its open nature, idea creation is inherently challenging. Any team will be much more sufficient to elicit useful ideas if there are more minds to contribute to the brainstorming process.
